Delivery, Rigging & Installation
When it is time to build, our crews handle transport, rigging, and installation with a discipline tuned to public waterfronts. We favour clamps, ballast, and temporary frameworks over invasive fixings, dress cable routes to stay dry and out of the way, and commission every fixture on site to match the approved design. Load-in is scheduled around tide, traffic, and footfall so the site stays safe and accessible throughout. By the time the crew steps back, the installation is not only lit but tidy, secure, and ready to run reliably for the full duration of the hire.
Live Programming & Show Operation
For projects that call for movement, colour change, or synchronised sequences, we programme and operate the show live. Our technicians build cues that suit the rhythm of a celebration, the dignity of a civic occasion, or the slow breathing glow of an ambient evening scheme. Timelines can be triggered manually, run on a schedule, or synced to music and other production elements. With redundant control and stored fallback states, the operator always has a safe hand on the light, ensuring that whatever the moment demands, the waterfront responds smoothly and exactly on cue.
Seasonal & Long-Term Promenade Schemes
Some clients want to test a lighting vision across months, not hours, before committing to permanent infrastructure. Our seasonal rental track keeps an embankment or crossing beautifully lit through a whole festival period, tourist season, or civic programme, with scheduled maintenance visits to keep every fixture performing. This lets municipalities and authorities trial an ambitious scheme, gather public reaction, and refine the design with real-world evidence, all without the capital outlay and lock-in of a fixed installation. From a bridge dressed for a national celebration to a quay transformed for a light festival, we deliver a turnkey package of design, fixtures, crew, and operation tuned to the crowd and the occasion. We coordinate with wider production teams, respect the safety demands of dense public gatherings, and build a look engineered to photograph beautifully and draw people to the water's edge.
